課程概述 |
The course will outline the sources of international climate protection law and will then in more depth explain the ways of public and private enforcement in including the term ESG (Environment Social Governance) and its implementation in private law.
Lastly, it will offer a detailed overview of climate change litigation in the public as well as in the private sector. |
